What to prepare for the initial discussion
Provide the location, building type, approximate floor area, floor plans and a list of required work. Explain whether this is a new installation or replacement heating, and which equipment you have already purchased.
For gas equipment, we clarify the plumbing scope and the involvement of authorised specialists for gas connections and commissioning.
Agreeing stages and cost
After discussing the details or inspecting the property, we agree the approach, materials, stages and cost. Timing depends on the scope and readiness of the property. Additional tasks are agreed separately.
